Self- care isn't " selfish "
Affirmation... Today, I will listen to my inner guidance on what is essential for my own self-care. By filling up my own energy cup as a priority, I have much more to share with others.
Things to contemplate...
• What does self-care mean to me?
• How do I feel / respond when what I'm doing / saying is considered a 'selfish' act?
• Where can I start to take the steps to bring listen to my intuition about where / when I need some self-care in my life? What strategies can I have on hand to create an immediate, grounded sense of calm and space?
• It's time... to take the steps necessary in my life to bring the 'being' and 'doing' parts of my life into balance. Self-care is essential if I'm going to show up to my truest, fullest potential and be able to continue to serve the world in my own unique way.
